If you think you are qualified, send your resume directly to firstname.lastname@example.org Must have: - Bilingual - Proficient in Excel - T-SQL knowledge - Problem Solving - Keyword Search • Liaison with CustomerServiceCenters, Service Delivery Managers, Stakeholders, Development Team and SQL programmers in order to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for processes. • Liaison with Customer Service Centers, Service Delivery Managers, Stakeholders, Development Team and SQL programmers to create approximately 64 data extraction processes to filter data from 5 disparate incident system tables. • Collect requirements to develop filtering criteria process with the ability to run all sub queries or specific subsets of queries. • Facilitate development of programs and queries • Test and validate data to requirements. • Facilitate process to move to production environment • Liaison between Customer Service Centers, Service Delivery Managers, Stakeholders, Development Team and SQL programmers and BI developers to Integrate into BI tool, data cubes and reporting layers • Facilitate handoff to reporting teams. • Provide documentation and commentary.
