Our client is currently seeking a Desktop Support Analyst in Hartford, Connecticut. Main Duties: Coordinates desktop support activities Provides phone desktop and PC/LAN support/consulting services and problem resolution for complex issues Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems Troubleshoots complex desktop problems Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology The Desktop Support Analyst must have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
