Yoh has an ongoing multi-year contract opportunity for an IVR Analyst to join our client in Issaquah, WA. This role requires someone with a minimum of five to seven years of IVR experience. Job Responsibilities: - Assist with development of test plans for IVR (Interactive Voice Response) projects. - Develop test cases, including test data requirements and expected results. - Configure test environments and create test data. - Execute IVR testing and ensure that success criteria are met. - Track test results and document bugs for follow-up by the development team. - Track test status and report progress. - Signoff on test completion. Job Qualifications: - Minimum of two years of experience in IT (Information Technology) or related discipline. - Minimum of two years of demonstrated software testing experience, including understanding test frameworks, writing test plans, executing tests and reporting status. - Effective time management skills, including demonstrated ability to effectively work on and deliver results for concurrent projects. - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing business needs and requirements. - Solid written and verbal communication skills. - Intermediate SQL skills. - Intermediate to expert user of Microsoft tools, including Visio, Excel and Sharepoint. - Demonstrated understanding of and experience with SDLC. - Must be a proactive self-starter. - Prior telecommunications, Telephony or IVR experience - Strong familiarity with .Net and web services technologies desired. - Familiarity with ICM or other call routing solutions is preferred.
