COMMUNITY MANAGER

We are seeking a self-motivated COMMUNITY MANAGER with experience and passion for social media, blogging, and community management! In this role, you will execute strategic blogger outreach campaigns - including managing, monitoring, and providing feedback to an established community; generate metric reports to demonstrate efforts; and work closely with our Social Media Specialist to align Jockey Inner Circle strategy and goals to the broader Jockey marketing and communication plan. * The ideal candidate should enjoy wearing comfortable underwear … and finding fun and creative ways to get people talking about theirs! * In this role, you will: • Execute and manage monthly outreach campaigns and strategies to increase engagement and conversion. • Analyze blogger outreach campaigns and translate reports into recommendations and plans for upcoming campaigns. • Identify and segment Jockey Inner Circle bloggers based on niche, content quality, and level of influence (i.e., develop badge system to easily display rank within our program). • Find and involve key influencers outside of our program from a variety of areas (i.e., fashion, fitness, lifestyle, giveaway and/or reviews). • Engage bloggers during non-campaign time periods to provide continued benefit for program involvement. • Build and leverage relationships with key members of our community. • Ensure input/feedback from community is channeled to the appropriate internal functional group at Jockey. • Availability to monitor and provide feedback to community during non-business hours (nights and weekends). MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • 5+ years of active involvement in social media, specifically blog content creation and management. • Experience using all social media and emerging platforms (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest). • Knowledge and experience using a variety of blog platforms with a strong understanding of Wordpress. • Possess functional knowledge or some experience with HTML/CSS. • Understanding of search engine optimization. • Basic skill using Microsoft Word and Excel. SCOPE OF POSITION: • This is a part-time position (20 hours per/week), non-benefit eligible. Work-from-home arrangements are available, but must have the ability to commute to the Kenosha corporate office biweekly. • Candidates must submit to active Blogs and any other social media platforms where you are active. ** Please submit a sample of relevant work along with your resume via website links.
