Im looking to find investors in my company in order to allow me to free up some cash to use on other projects i am working on. My company has been around for about 12 years. We are incorporated. Current Assets around $300,000 (costs) Looking only for private investors so that i can still use commerical investor when needed. All of our Balances sheets, P&L, Taxes, are all in great order. In fact we are in the middle of asking our bank for a loan as well so we have everything in order. I need someone who can help me with a SHORT proposal to hand to investors AND someone who can help find investors.
