In this position candidates will… Perform support of production applications by responding to support desk calls, tracking problems/issues, and following up with customers. Perform upgrades to packaged & internally developed business systems using specific technical knowledge including Business Intelligence / Datawarehouse, MS Analysis Server, MS SQL Server 2005 / 2008, MS Reporting Services, and ETL. Define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Assist in providing estimates of task effort and resource / skills needed. Gather, analyze and document business and functional requirements. Translate needs of the business, such as those expressed in user Service Requests, into applicable system design solutions via prototyping, and configuration. Set and influence cross-divisional strategies and business processes. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3+ years experience in Datawarehouse / Business Intelligence using the following - SQL Server (2005 / 2008), MS Analysis Server, MS Reporting Services, ETL, Data Mart.
