Hi there, We are a new-media design and apparel company looking for a sharp, dedicated, hard working individual to act as Executive Assistant to our in-house Creative Director. This is NOT an easy job. It will consist of involvement in a range of creative work including but not limited to apparel, animation, art, design but will ALSO include more grunt-work related activities like picking up and/or deliverying packages/art, overseeing production, carrying samples, running errands, shipping out ecom orders, etc. etc. Bottom line - you will be doing ALL the work that our creative director does - the fancy and the not-so fancy. You will also be taking direction on things that we don't have time to explain or justify. Ask yourself - can you take direction without challenging the people asking you to do something? Disney is our client, as our many other media and retail companies. Our CEO who you will also be working with, is a Producer with 20+ years experience and very high standards. We produce great work and are looking for the same from you! We create brands, art, animation, products and there is much potential for growth here. BUT if you're looking for an easy, simple, no-challenge position - please pass us by. We're after finding someone who is respectful, appreciative, thick-skinned and can handle working with many types of different people. In addition - PUNCTUALITY is key. You can afford to be 10 minutes early but not 1 minute late. Have we scared you yet? Training phase will last 4-6 months and will include pay. Please be proficient in basics of operating a computer and programs like word, excel, etc. If you have graphic, writing, artistic ability - this will be a plus.
