I currently have two provisional patents filed and the one year period is disappearing fast. One item is on the market, but is rather seasonal and it was introduced late in that season this year. The other is a truck accessory that will have quite a number of patentable accessories that can be used with it. So, I haven't really introduced it to the market yet for concern over someone else developing and patenting the ideas. Here's the problem. I have those items and also have several other items, one being built right now, that are either new ideas or improvements to other devices. And patent costs are putting those ideas on hold. I have a manufacturer and arrangements with them, but I need an attorney, or patent agent, or other person to help me with patents and who is either very reasonably priced, or willing to work on a percentage, or ?????? These items would fall into the construction, ag, or industrial areas. Some of the projects that I am working on for the homeowner, sportsman, and others.
