Project Manager / Relationship Manager My Retail Banking Client is looking for a strong Project Manager with extensive Relationship Management abilities to join there programme. Role - Aiming to engage stakeholders of the programme to ensure full buy-in, support and readiness for a large transformation programme Key Responsibilities - Establish a collaborative partnership with stakeholders, ensuring the programme objectives become a shared commitment - Obtain buy in from BUs to facilitate activities in Programme workstreams, such as Training &Testing - Identify and resolve any stakeholder issues to mutual satisfaction, to ensure they do not impact programme delivery and timing - Ensure stakeholders apply appropriate resource to and complete their key activities in support of the programme Competencies - Strong Project Management and Relationship Management capabilities - Gains understanding and commitment from others, even from those outside direct team. - Presents the need for change in a compelling way to engage colleagues. - Shows ongoing commitment and support to achieve team outcomes. - Stands back from operational demands to develop innovative solutions. - Prioritizes work in accordance with the strategic needs and objectives of the unit/function. - Steps back from the current situation to review the bigger picture.
