New opportunity for a senior trainer with experience in Microsoft products and collaboration. This is a 6 month + contract in New York City. Responsibilities: * Create and partner with the business to deliver best in class product, process and skills training. * Deliver training using a variety of instructional techniques. * Experience creating training support materials. * Create practical learning solutions which will include clear instructional objectives, as well as performance testing and evaluation. * Create a positive and motivating training environment. Will be training in subjects including: * Microsoft products. * MS Office upgrade. * Exchange 2010 upgrade. * Polycom RMX upgrade & video conference re-launch.
