Requirements: Installation, configuration of Windows client operating systems (XP, Vista & 7) and Linux (RHEL 3-6). Excellent Troubleshooting Skills in Hardware and operating systems (XP, Vista, 7 and RHEL). Experience in VMWare environments. Application/package management in Windows and Linux. Patch management in Windows & Linux (RHEL). Specific infrastructure support functions (ex. Backups, hardware repair, terminal server, SAMBA administration, remote console). Installation and administration of HPUX, Solaris workstations. Application software installation, troubleshooting of software installations. Breakfix support for HPUX/Solaris/Linux workstations.
