Contract type temporary Company Description SMART PRINT is printing business in Willesden junction (nw10) we specialise in all kind of printing from Litho to Digital. Job Description We are looking for an ambitious and talented Graphic design intern who wants to cut their teeth with some real life projects and gain some valuable corporate experience. You will be required to work as an in-house designer creating wide range from corporate identity to leaflets as designer you will be responsible for both designing and making sure that all the jobs going to the printer is print ready. This is a varied role and will give you the opportunity to develop your CV and Portfolio, as well as helping to grow and develop the SMART PRINT brand. Please note this internship is EXPENSES ONLY (lunch & travel). You will be expected to work for a minimum of 3 months, at which point there may be potential of Joining as paid employee. The ideal candidate must be able to work well under pressure and have the necessary communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues. Requirements • Mac operator • Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator especially). • Quark • Typography is an advantage • Experience of web design is an advantage but necessary • A design related degree. • A portfolio of work viewable online is desirable. • Any printing experience would be helpful. • Strong creative thinking, design and visualisation skills. • A willingness to learn and develop new skills. • Available to start ASAP. email your CV Keywords: Creative, Media, Design
