These applications serve as training, marketing, and communications portals to multiple audiences. The applications utilize a range of technologies. The primary tasks include: web development, maintenance and support; integration of new site content; and ad-hoc query maintenance; collaboration with team-members such as Technical Managers, Quality Control/Assurance and Multi-Media Developers in addition to other software developers and technical support personnel. Skill Set Strong skills in PHP and MySQL .Strong experience with Joomla is highly desirable (including extensions) .Strong skills in XML, HTML, JavaScript and related technologies .Experience with Linux, and Apache is desirable .Experience with Windows, C#, .NET, Java is a plus .Must be a self-starter, quick-learner and team player Comment Responsibilities .Review functional requirements and provide feedback on technical implementation. .Design solution incorporating existing application features with new feature requirements. .Design and develop site enhancements, as required. .Support knowledge transition to other developers on the team. .Troubleshoot system errors and develop/test corrections. .Support ad-hoc query requests and data analyses.
