Desktop Support 3 PRS3469 Location: Hartford, CT Length: 9 Months Type of Contract: Temporary Job Details Coordinates desktop support activities. Provides phone desktop and PC/LAN support/consulting services and problem resolution for complex issues. Interfaces with other support groups and/or suppliers to resolve problems. Troubleshoots complex desktop problems. Participates in all aspects of desktop service activities, such as moves, adds and changes and informs clients of service status. Completes special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Delegates job assignments and tickets to junior level staff. Specialized training in PC/LAN Technology. Minimum 5 years experience with up-to-date certifications.
