Budget: $10,000 + We are rewriting an existing LOB (line of business) application that handles Patient workflow in a practice. Like any LOB application, this one also has lot of pages with multiple levels of workflows. I am the primary developer for this project and I need help in designing (giving life to these pages). The technologies that we are using in the client side are: HTML5 CSS3 Javascript/jQuery I have bought an admin template @ themeforest.net ( => http://tzd-themes.com/gebo_admin/) with the intention that I design myself. The template is really good, but it is taking me long time and causing trouble to meet my other deadlines. So, I thought I should delegate the design work to a designer. This is a 4 phase project and we are in first phase. Our allocated budget for all the 4 phases is $10,000+. The deadline for phase 1 is 30-45 days from the day of start. However, As you keep designing screens, our developers will integrate into our project. Below is the link for mockups for our Phase 1 application.
