Project Manager/ Business Analyst Duties and Responsibilities : Project planning, risk mitigation planning, work break down structures (WBS), task estimation, and tracking progress throughout the iteration/ project life cycle. Facilitate requirements sessions with multi-tiered stakeholders, i.e. executive management and in the weed SME’s. Document all project deliverables including project charters, scope documents, BRD’s/ product backlog s and, detailed project plans Liaison between the development team and the business stakeholders. Track and monitor activities, milestones and deliverables. Provide in-depth status/ progress reports. Track and manage project related issues and escalate risks early and often. Work with Program Management to ensure project alignment with existing budget and resource constraints. Required Qualifications: Self-starter that will hit the ground running with minimal supervision. Proven skills and track record in Project Management and Business Analysis. Hands on experience with all the SDLC methodologies, i.e. Agile, RUP, Waterfall, and Hybrids. Ability to execute and deliver cross-functional projects in a fast-moving, high-technology environment working with both internal and external resources. International experience and with exposure to human factors & usability elements of web development. Good knowledge of user centric design and sensitive to business effects of UI decisions. Excellent communication skills in verbal, written and formal presentation formats. Ability to influence and present solid concepts to senior management for buy in. Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
