Technical Support Specialist
The Technical Support Specialist primary responsibility is first level support of all managed services customers. This person is responsible for managing and troubleshooting the daily backup reports for customers. * Provide first Level support to customers * Resolving customer questions and concerns effectively and efficiently * Track and report on support calls and provide timely responses to ensure satisfaction * Complete daily Backup Report Support * Support of internal application and technical issues. Requirements: * 1 year experience supporting MS SQL Server and Exchange Server * 2 years of Tier 1 Technical Support * Experience with system monitoring applications. * Work effectively in a fast paced environment with short timelines. * Ability to work in a team environment * Effective Communication Skills * Must be self-motivated with initiative * Skilled with VMWare server configuration, administration and maintenance experience Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
