DESCRIPTION: ============ Seeking User Experience Designer with 5 or more years’ experience, who is driven by the desire to work as a team player, shows a talent for creating unique, yet relevant, design solutions, and is committed to driving the UX practice in a growing organization. Responsibilities: - Participate in user testing, customer segmentation and analytics research to understand the needs and desires of our target audience. - Develop scenarios and storyboards to communicate design concepts to team members, product groups, and executives. - Synthesize stakeholder design, business and technology input and feature requests. - Design, build, and test interactive prototypes to iterate and evolve your design concepts. - Collaborate and lead project teams to define strategy, site/solution information architecture and navigation, map out user flow and experience, and define high-level interaction - Coordinate activities across the development organization as needed to deliver consistent end-to-end customer experience - Accurately judge level of effort for individual/team design contributions. - Manage design process, UX project schedule, and relationships with technology, Field development and business - Work directly with the Marketing team to create an aesthetic design, which is appropriate for the market and fitting for the brand. - Deliver software on-time and with highest levels of functional quality and customer ease-of-use REQUIRED SKILLS: ================ - Minimum 5+ years directly related information design and strategy experience - Degree work in human factors, HCI, information design, industrial design, or related area strongly preferred - Experience designing cutting-edge consumer services and products through several full product development cycles. - Experience with social media, community and web services or applications. - Expertise in modern software development processes and concepts as they relate to user experience. - Strong knowledge of digital/ interaction design and usability principles, issues, and techniques - Proven ability to facilitate cross organizational requirement, visioning and strategy sessions - Experience in Business to business and direct to consumer as well as transactional data driven applications - Extensive experience with user interface design patters and standard UCD methodologies across multiple platforms - Solid understanding of technology and software development... prior hands-on experience in experience design and/or software development ideal - Hands-on high-level and detail-level design experience. - Rapid storyboarding and prototyping experience - Strong world class portfolio of Usability research projects, Prototyping (axure if possible), UX Solution designs: web, mobile, IVR, etc, UX artifacts such as : personas, user models, customer journeys, sketches, sitemaps, user–flow diagrams
