Industry Real Estate & Mortgage Description PLEASE NOTE  NEW DOCUMENT ATTACHED FOR REVIEW AND CONSIDERATION To all designers, thank you for your efforts so far.  This illustration is proving to be more difficult to design than I originally intended, and for that reason I am extending the deadline for submissions by another 3 days.   I have uploaded an additional document which consists of a prior letter/contract.  The illustration that we are currently looking for is to be included in the second page, in the middle-third of the page.  This is why the illustration needs to be 3 inches tall by 6 inches wide.  Also, the illustration should be somewhat visually-consistent with the overall look-and-feel of the surrounding letter/contract in which in will appear.   ********************* I want to try and explain three related concepts, with one illustration. I am looking for creative ways to fully convey these three concepts. Here is a summary of the concepts that need to be explained with the illustration: 1. Value as of Jan.1, 2008 is called the "2008 Current Value Assessment", or 08CVA. 2. Value as of Jan.1, 2012 is called the "2012 Current Value Assessment", or 12CVA. 3. The increase in value between the 08CVA and the 12CVA is phased-in at a rate of 25% per year from 2013 to 2016 Here is a link to an online spreadsheet that attempts to convey the concepts listed above: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet This spreadsheet link has a few tabs containing some of my ideas about how to convey these concepts in a clear manner. I would like some help to make the explanation of these concepts look more visually appealing. If you can think of a better way to layout the information that is more easy to understand, then I am open to considering your ideas. The final illustration that I require needs to be approximately 3 inches tall by 6 inches wide. It should be informative, helpful, accessible, complete, and accurate. The illustration should incorporate these colors: (a) Black; (b) Goldish/Brown, as per the included pantone 4505 sample; and (c) Reddish/Brown, as per the included pantone 17-1463 sample. If possible, try to incorporate the included PTS Icon gif. This image looks like a tilted ruler or building. It is not necessary that this image be included in the illustration, but possibly as a watermark or other such visual representation of it. You should use my spreadsheet as a general guide for the information that needs to be conveyed, but show me your creativity in terms of how to convey the message.
