Technical/Content Writer with (UI/UX) -2 Positions!
The Content Producer will mainly be focused on creating interface content for online applications, web sites and tools. Need a solid writer who understands UI and customer experience design. Will be working on projects as a member of a team, and will need to communicate effectively with other teams, such as UX, Design, Project Managers and Business Analysts. Requirements Plans, develops, writes and executes content for the organization’s web sites, mobile apps & tools. Works with User Experience team to optimize the customer experience for all interfaces. Ensures company web site is guaranteeing the best user experience for consumers. Develops, writes and maintains content to support a common user experience, corporate brand and marketing. Reviews elements of design from a usability perspective to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives, including ecommerce & web advertising. Helps to establishes the organization’s standards, techniques & methods. Analyzes technology trends, statistical reports and customer needs to identify new techniques and ensure optimal site design. Develops clear, consice content for the organization's web sites and tools in support of company initiatives and in accordance with established tone and style guidelines. Makes sure that graphic images, symbols and colors are acceptable with language standards while adhering to the organization's stylistic guidelines. Delivers excellent internal and external customer service to other functional groups, local systems and external partners. Typical Training/Experience - Typically requires BS/BA in related discipline -- English, writing, user experience or communications degrees preferred; Generally 3-5 years of experience in related field. Experience writing for interfaces perferred. Experience with Interwoven TeamSite or similar CMS systems helpful. Dept/Org Scope & Impact - Seasoned professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field; May be responsible for entire functions with modest scope/impact or portions of projects having considerable scope/impact to department, area, and, at times, business unit results Problem Complexity - Performs advanced areas of work; Identifies key barriers/core problems and applies problem-solving skills in order to deal creatively with complex situations. Troubleshoots and resolves complex problems Autonomy - Independently performs assignments with instruction limited to results expected. Determines and develops approach to solutions; Receives technical guidance only on unusual or complex problems or issues Knowledge - Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of user experience to the completion of complex assignments. Advanced knowledge of organization's technologies and practices Primary contribution is in applying knowledge (product, industry, professional, technical) rather than managing people. Greater than 50% of time is doing individual contributor work No responsibility for developing and managing operating plans/budgets
