Position Summary: The candidate must live in Michigan and have sourcing and scheduling experience. This position is designed to provide project training support and coordination within TEKsystems Education Services (TES) division. The purpose of this role is to provide support for the State Farm VOIP Training project. The Training Coordinator will assist with administrative tasks within the project, as well as scheduling and coordinating training activities as related to the project. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who takes pride in accomplishing and managing several different tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Selected individual will demonstrate a positive attitude, a desire to improve current processes, and the ability to work with a virtual team. Excellent communication skills, organization and trouble shooting skills are required. Ability to work long days and evenings is also possible; flexible schedule as needed. Reporting Relationships: Education Specialist reports to the Project Manager of Managed Solutions. Key Interfaces (Internal & External): TES Project Staff Client contacts TES Business Development Manager Technical Trainers TES Finance Position Responsibilities: - Manage daily interaction with Training Manager and Technical Trainers - Respond to individual requests to training for scheduling, invoicing, content - Ensure efficient and accurate response for requests - Serve as the main communication channel between the Technical Trainers and TES's Project Manager and Training Manager, as well as client - Work in tandem with key interfaces to: - Create and present solutions - Demonstrate capabilities - Reference success - Identify and overcome objections - Develop and maintain excellent business relationships with all sub-contractors, vendors and training partners. Daily Tasks Include: - Maintain scheduling calendar - Maintain scheduling checklist - Process Invoices - Consolidate Financials - Interact with Technical Trainers, as needed - Gather expense reports and work with finance department - Be an active participant on conference calls Job performance will be measured on: - Meeting or exceeding annual account revenue projections - Customer Feedback - Project Manager Feedback - Training Manager Feedback - Technical Trainer Feedback Skills Required: - Solid foundation of project scheduling, coordinating, and invoicing - Ability to build and nurture strong relationships - Detail oriented/highly organized - Desire to overachieve and overcome objections The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in one or more of the following positions: Administrative: - IT Training (Sales, Instruction, or Management) - Coordination of project and people Qualifications/Background: 1.
