Technical Trainer Boston, MA DatamanUSA, LLC is a rapidly growing full service IT solutions integrator and talent management company headquartered in Denver, CO. Our valued client’s includes fortune 500 companies, Government Agencies. Currently we are looking for a qualified individual to work as a Technical Trainer with one of our direct client. SCOPE OF WORK Develop training courses in a variety of in-person, synchronous online, and self-guided e-learning formats as well as supporting documentation and job aids. Maintain and enhance existing training materials, manuals, and learning management system. Plan, organize, implement and conduct statewide and online training sessions for VIP users. Assist with outreach and informational sessions for VIP users and various professional organizations. Assist with technical and help-desk support to new users of VIP. Analyze user feedback, make recommendations and make adjustments accordingly. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Experience with software or technical instruction including hands-on computer training, synchronous online webinars, self-paced e-learning modules, and lectures. Experience with implementing educational strategies for teaching adult learners. Experience with writing and/or maintaining documentation such as user manuals, reference guides, and online help text. Expertise with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint. Experience with webinar and e-learning applications. Experience with Lectora, Camtasia and Adobe Professional software is extremely desirable. Experience working independently, pro-actively completing project activities, communicating with subject-matter experts, and making recommendations for improvements in training strategies. Experience with providing technical or help-desk support.
