We're looking for freelance developers based in US that are interested in doing Project Management. Our firm has a team of 50 developers offshore that need to be managed. Among the responsibilities you will be doing are: - Representing our firm to clients - Attending and clearing interviews - Conducting end of day calls to clients informing them of project updates Work is less than 5 hours per week.....HOWEVER YOU WILL BE PAID FOR FULL 40 HOURS. Example, if you have initiated a project, you will receive a flat fee on project start date, and 3-5 dollars per hour for EACH project obtained. So if, through your efforts, we have obtained 6 projects.....you will receive 30 dollars per hour for the full 40 hours per week.....even though you will only be "working" 5 hours or less.
