The form on this page: /email2.php is supposed to send a PAPER FAX to the client. It worked fine for two years, and then the on-line fax company (myfax.com) changed something on their side of things, and it hasn't worked since. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with myfax.com, and they are NO help… The form sends CORRECTLY to an email address – but it won't send to an old fashioned fax machine anymore. I think the problem MAY be the way the form is formatted. It uses an includes file, and some external formatting. I've attached a screenshot of how the form looks in an email.
