Hi There, We are a small boutique IT service company that has a diverse clientele throughout the LA Area. We are looking for 3-4 people that can assist with serving our clients on both a per project basis and on an ongoing basis. The skillsets we are looking for include: 1) Desktop Support- Mostly Windows support, but some Mac & Linux experience would be great. *We have a immediate need for someone who knows how to run cable and do network drops.* 2) Networking- We want people with experience building and supporting networks for small businesses, where there are usually 1-3 servers, a mixed wired/wireless network and less than 15 workstations. 3) Tablet/Smartphone/Remote Access- Remote Access by e-mail or by RDP through Tablets, Ipads, and Smartphones are a large part of our business, and our clients need help in this area all the time. 4) Web Design/ Web Site Improvement- We have clients that wish to have their website improved or have a new one built. If you can do this, then we have work for you. 5) Electronic Records Management/Databases/Transition to paperless system- Our clients are in need of ways to go paperless or to create a database for their work. These requests are often big projects that can make a lot of money for both you and us. 6) iOS/Android App knowledge and development- This is a new thing for us, but some of our clients want apps for their existing custom software or want help switching over to software with iOS/Android capabilities. We do not really expect one person to have all these skills, if you have one or more of these then contact us please! OK, so here is the deal: Most jobs are billed on an hourly rate and are negotiated by us beforehand. Since you would represent our company, you must be dependable, friendly (antisocial tech geeks need not apply), discreet and willing to go the extra mile. Most of our clients come through word of mouth, and our reputation is still getting established so we are very protective of it. Our company is small but hardworking, with very little time for BS. You must be able to take directions, work with less than tech savvy people, and be willing to adapt to changing situations quickly.
