Job Description: This person will be working in the Voice and Data group made up of about 20 people total on the team. The team focuses on Voice, Data, Contact Center, Unified Communications, Mobility, and Traditional Telecom. This Network Engineer will be primarily working on the Voice sub-team made up of 4 people. This person will be doing some of both voice & data, vulnerability management, route switch work, and will be the secondary support contact for voice (there is a primary voice contact on the team). This person should be familiar with Unified Communications (anything with Call Manager experience (CUCM)). They will be supporting Enterprise Voice Platform.
