CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR �16,500 Ref: 15059 BIRMINGHAM As the Customer Service Advisor working for a leading logistics company, you will be acting as a single point of customer contact for the order desk based on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre, to ensure the highest level of customer service. Some of your duties will include acting as the first point of contact for customers, processing orders across all the countries, making sure you respond to emails/queries in a timely matter, and resolving any complaints received. The working hours will be between 7:00am � 18:00pm on a rota basis. You will receive a competitive salary and benefits package which includes free parking and generous holidays. This will be initially a 4 month fixed term contract with a view of a permanent opportunity.
