We are a Soundstudio in Germany focussed in TV and Radio commercials Job description: We need an iOS-App with 3 topics. One News-List (like in Apps like Gizmodo etc), one with a list of Voice-over talents, that can be filtered using keywords and pre-defined categories. In the list should also be the possibility to listen to an mp3-File of a voice-sample. By clicking on a name on the list a detailed view should appear with 5-10 mp3-Files and the possibility to add an mp3 file to a project. This is then the 3rd topic of the app - a project-list per customer. All should be accessible via password login for each client (about 150). This should all work with our mySQL / php database on our website. We only need the "open" databackground and will take care of the design ourself Specified OS: First step is only iPhone (and Android) - later comes iPad (and other tablets) and web-app Top app requirements: The browsing through nearly 1200 speakers should work fluently and fast - also the streaming of about 5000 mp3-samples (each of max 1 min lenght) Universal platform support: Yes Development of graphic design and UI elements: Additional comments: The project should be programmes in Flash Builder, and all files must be delivered to us so that we can add additional design and handling features.
