Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer / Adobe Indesign
One of our clients, an international engineering company urgently requires a Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer to start immediately on a temporary, ongoing basis. The ideal Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer will have proven experience producing large, complex construction tender submissions. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer to work within a top engineering firm. The ideal candidate will have excellent team working skills, be efficient and have excellent attention to detail, and will stay calm when working under pressured deadlines. Excellent written English and communication skills are necessary. When needed, the desire and ability to work late hours to deliver submissions on time is required. Bid Coordinator / Bid Writer Duties: Coordinating and producing tender submissions for company's new business opportunities with bid values up to £400m. Creating high-quality proposal documents, including coordinating and editing content (text and graphics), writing content when required Coordinating proposal document production, ensuring the timely submission of allocated proposals Ensuring all proposals produced are aligned with corporate brand guidelines and company bid management standards Monitoring and reporting on bid production performance against bid plan milestones Assisting with development of proposals Building and developing relationships with a variety of business sector teams Requirements: Computer literacy, including all MS Office Programmes MS PowerPoint intermediate - advanced level Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) intermediate level essential Experience in Construction / Engineering environments Degree or equivalent qualification in relevant subject If you are interested in the above role, please send us your CV ASAP!
