A well-known media company based in Central London is looking for a Qualified Management Accountant on a temporary basis. Working within a business finance department and reporting to the Head of Finance the primary responsibilities of the role are; Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Responsibility for co-ordinating monthly P&L and balance sheet submissions providing analysis of monthly movements and variances to forecast Involvement in the Budget Perform revenue analysis on major revenue streams of advertising and affiliate Oversee and provide assistance to Marketing, HR, Research and Legal departments on budget management Media reporting including overseeing payments to content providers, setting up/maintaining management reports, providing support to the business Sales reporting including overseeing setting up/maintaining management reports, providing support to the business Co-ordinate and produce financial statements for the yearly statutory audit Responsibility for managing x1 direct report Person Specification: Newly Qualified CIMA/ACA Accountant with minimum of 3 years experience preferably gained in a commercial finance department Strong analytical ability Good communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail Self-Motivated and well organised Keywords: Accounting
