CRM IMPLEMENTATION CONSULTANT
TEKsystems is seeking an experienced CRM Implementation Consultant to work closely with our clients Business and Cross Line of Business Sponsors to successfully prepare for, plan and implement this major initiative. The Consultant will initially work on-site at the Headquarters in Rancho Cordova, CA and interact with a variety of program team members (sponsors, project managers, technical leads, business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)) and LOB representatives. Depending on business needs, travel may be required on an infrequent basis to meet with representatives of the LOBs in other locations of the U.S. The Consultant will be expected to provide insight, advice and experience from previous CRM implementations to increase the probability of successful program execution. It is expected that the CRM Consultant will be highly experienced in CRM best practices and readily draw upon a broad range of technology, business, and change management skill sets and abilities. The Consultant will serve as a trusted advisor and Best Practices expert who will use his/her insight, experience and skills to guide and coach the program team in a positive, collaborative manner. Required skills: - Deep program/project management skills in the implementation of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) CRM solutions. - Knowledge and experience working with CRM market leaders such as Oracle, SalesForce.com, Sage SalesLogix, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Proven expertise in industry-recognized system and package implementation technologies and methodologies. - Strong understanding and experience in the implementation of Sales Force Automation (SFA), Marketing Automation (MA), Customer Service Support (CSS) and related CRM approaches. - Knowledge and experience in Customer Data Integration (CDI) and modern approaches to Master Data Management (MDM) and Business Intelligence (BI). - Exceptional planning and communications skills (verbal and written) that are effective at all levels in the organization from executives to technical staff to front line, customer service representatives. - Awareness and understanding of the opportunities presented by emerging social media applications and services. - Highly experienced in CRM-related organizational change management. - Excellent personal initiative and team skills (successful relationship building at all levels and with all stakeholders). - Positive attitude and engaging approach that promotes confidence, collaboration and team achievement. - Strong contract management and vendor management competencies. - Successful completion of a comprehensive background check (drug testing, criminal, references, and DMV) is required.
