Our client, a leading Aerospace engineering company based in Derby, have a new requirement for a Project Coordinator to join the Development team. As a Project Coordinator you will report to the Compliance & Flight Test Project Development Engineer and your principle accountabilities will include: Project Coordinating engineering contractors, planning and team task management. Establish robust plans for certification and whole engine work packages Monitoring and reporting progress against these plans. Implement appropriate management systems. Develop a Systems Engineering approach to requirements capture and compliance reporting. Lead or contribute to the improvement of Development Engineering's processes The role is ideal for an individual seeking to further their career by demonstrating project management competencies on a large and complex Engineering programme. The ideal candidate will have excellent planning skills, the ability to liaise at all levels and with an understand of product change processes and aviation regulations. Systems thinking is a key skill of a Compliance Programme Lead, so this would also be invaluable.
