SOAP installation/compilation with PHP on IIS Windows 2008 Server

Hi, I have a Windows 2008 server running IIS. It uses FastCGI for PHP. Soap module is required to be compiled and working on the server. People with previous administrator experience only as there is no time for research on this. Request a PMB and I will share the phpinfo with those interested.
