We require a Laboratory Technician for a 10 month contract based on the Scunthorpe Steelworks. This position would suit someone with an HNC level scientific qualification, or someone who has experience of working with metallography samples. Duties will include preparing samples for metallography and handling, cutting and mounting test pieces for the rest of the team to examine under microscopes. A small amount of testing within the labs may also be involved.
