Customer Services Coordinator - 12 month Maternity Contract
Our lovely client based in Stroud, Gloucestershire is currently looking for some additional support in their customer facing team. The role is based in a bust manufacturing business, where quality is paramount in all areas. We are looking for applications from customer focused individuals, ideally from a supply chain background to provide first class customer support. Tasks: · Downloading weekly order book/demand from customer’s IT system · Ensuring company system is loaded with correct orders/dates etc.. by conducting extensive analysis of the above · Constant liaison with other departments – Production, Quality, Supply Chain · Constant liaison with customers, including phone, face-to-face meetings either on-site or at customer premises · Maintaining accurate records and complying with Company’s quality system · Making quotations, receiving and processing orders Requirements: · Superb computer skills, coupled with boundless patience and tenacity · Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel · Endlessly enthusiastic, quick to learn · Pride in being accurate and ‘right’ · Competence to deal with sensitive data The role is likely to start at the end of August for a maximum period of 12 months.
