Lead User Experience Designer Lead User Experience Designer required to join a leading high-transactional travel organisation based in Central London. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for producing a compelling and fun experience for customers while working with Product Managers, BA's, Designers and Developers. The Lead User Experience Designer will define strategy and process to improve design standards. They will oversee and direct the work of a small team of designers to develop a best-in-class visual design for the global brand. They will work collaboratively with design, content, technology and business to create the ultimate design solution. Successful candidates will be expected to have an advanced degree (or equivalent qualification), ideally focusing on design. They will have experience working in multi-lingual complex environments in a high-transactions organisation.
