I am recruiting for a Sous Chef at our golf club, the position is full time on a 5 out of 7 basis, to the needs of the business. You will be working for Europes largest golfing operator and in a Food & Beverage Department that strives to give excellent food and service. The ideal candidate will have come from a similar background, golf knowledge is not a must. You will either already be a CDP or junior sous. You will be part of a small team so a hands on approach is a must together with knoweldge of H&S, COSHH & Due Diligence. The Starting Salary is £17k rising to £18k after a succesful 6 months service.
