Compensation Analyst - contract - up to �300 per day Hudson Banking & Finance are looking to recruit a compensation analyst with 3 years+ experience within a similar role. My client are a leading FS organisation located in the City of London. Job Purpose: This position is responsible for managing all data elements of the year end performance management and compensation process at Threadneedle, reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward. This is a key role that includes the review and reporting of all relevant performance metrics and managing the annual year end system, as well as managing the day to day elements of key compensation programmes including market matching and year end compensation process. The role will also provide a resource as 'data expert' within the team and have responsibility for ensuring the team produce high quality MI on headcount, turnover, recruitment, talent management, performance management. Job Responsibilities: *Manage the year end appraisal system, producing overall timetable and project plan and regular MI and liaising with external suppliers to ensure effective management of the system internally *Work with Investments, Distribution and Property management teams to produce effective reporting on performance data, linked to the performance appraisal process *Manage the day to day elements of the year end compensation process and project manage the process from start to finish *Ensure effective compensation data is produced for the business in a timely format and track on-going demands, and forecasts for the year end incentive pools *Review, develop and implement effective MI reporting for the wider HR function.
