Our client is seeking a Web Content Manager for their Parsippany, New Jersey location. Essential Functions: Manage ongoing hotel rewards program/partner content for loyalty web sites (domestic & international) via content management tool Manage the loyalty web site content calendar including, ability to write content and create supporting graphics Coordinate and manage content translation process with international teams Execute online promotional campaigns, including working with the agency on the creation of web assets and new web pages using the content management tool Support enhancement of web site features, functionality and usability in order to optimize user experience Handle user acceptance testing for content/enhancements/promotions on the web site Develop messaging and manage calendar for Facebook Report and analyze site traffic and patterns Conduct competitive analyses to benchmark against industry As the successful applicant, you will possess the following requirements: Knowledge of HTML Knowledge of Photoshop Experience with content management systems (3-5 years) Experience with site analytics tool (Site Catalyst preferred) Experience with interactive marketing Experience in loyalty marketing Creative writing abilities are a plus
