We have a room for rent at the back of our studio gym in New Town in the centre of Edinburgh. It is decorated but completely unfurnished. There is access to toilets and running water. We are looking to possibly rent out the space to a beauty therapist/beautician who has maybe just started out or is looking to go full time and needs a central base in town to work from. We are a family run gym who specialise in 1-2-1 personal training and small group training, we also have hula classes and run bootcamps at various locations across the city. The rent is very affordable for a central location and the person woud be able to advertise on our website it will be beneficial both ways for obvious reasons.
