Technical Recruiter
Working at our London office, our new technical recruiter will be tasked with finding and securing the very best coding, project management and design talent to work on our complex and scalable web apps. Acting quickly and representing us well, our chosen candidate will take responsibility for advertising, reviewing and talking with applicants (and potential applicants), and generally managing our slick but informal hiring process from beginning to end. We don't want or need to work with recruitment agencies, our ideal candidate will understand why. Our chosen recruiter will use custom tools to manage our fast and no-nonsense hiring process, enlisting the very best people to work on big projects for high-profile clients. Potato's clients currently and previously include Google, YouTube, News International, BBH, Mother and numerous other agencies. This role will see you working as part of a growing team. The workload will sometimes be hectic, but the atmosphere is cheerful and proactive. This is a full-time freelance role and we're looking for a candidate available to start as soon as possible.
