I have a client that requires desktop widgets developed. I have attached a requirements specification for the desktop widgets. Please provide your cost for the project. Please also provide a time estimate to complete all the requirements. The widgets will access the web portal through web services. Please provide a brief overview of how you will go about developing the widgets. Ideally they will be developed using a single language that is compatible across platforms, however, this is NOT A STRICT REQUIREMENT.
