My client, a leading provider in workforce management and service optimisation solutions is urgently looking for a German speaking Marketing Manager. This candidate will be reporting to the Marketing Director and will work closely with the local sales, marketing and alliances teams. Some responsibilities will include: • Management of 2 x Inside Sales Specialists • Marketing Planning - responsibility to budget, plan and execute demand generation activity • Tradeshow/Events • Email Campaign Management • Telemarketing • Market Research • Lead Management • Sales Engagement • Website - maintain German website • Purchase Requisitions/Invoicing - Assist Marketing team with opening new purchase requisitions • Social Media Monitoring Candidates will ideally: • Have excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills • Have the ability to work in a team environment, as well as make independent decisions. • Be goal-oriented and persistent • Knowledge of the following tools is desirable - Salesforce.com, Marketo, Jigsaw • Have experience in a marketing role or as a marketing manager • Strong experience in channel marketing as well as direct marketing is desirable • Have experience in working with SAP Given the nature of this role candidates must be fluent in both German and English and must also be available immediately.
