Lead Project manager for Business Initiative projects for Internet channel for Bank and cards using global product model • Lead and manage projects using agile approach • Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established projects of work • Work with stakeholders to ensure project scope definition meets business objectives • Drive adherence to project processes, procedures, methods, and standards for project delivery and leverage across the project • Assist project team in negotiating for resources owned by other departments in order ensure the project can be completed • Direct the communication of status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders in a timely basis • Direct the identification of risks which impact project delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary Experience Required Qualifications • Demonstrated a consistent track record having worked as a Project , Lead, managing teams and large cross-functional projects • Previous project management, working with agile methodology • Technical knowledge about internet channel is a plus • PMP, and/or MBA are a plus • Able to work independently with strong leadership skills. • Able to manage to tight deadlines - Results Oriented. • Strong Leadership, Communication ( written and verbal) as well as Influencing skills are essential for this role • Ability to develop, drive and execute plans from inception to implementation a must • Experience working effectively with multi-cultural teams
