Position: One of our client is looking for Regional SAP HR Project Manager North America Exp, Denver, CO. Job Description is as follows: (2 year Fixed Term contract (Immediate Start – with a possible extension of 1 additional year)) Will be required to travel to other countries on a project needs basis to (list not exhaustive): Canada Australia Background: • Our Client is experiencing continued growth through acquisition, organic growth and category expansion, HR is evolving from a tactical to a strategic function. • One of the biggest challenges faced by HR teams and Line Managers at the client is the lack of a global HR Information system • Lack of accurate, complete and timely data has not only slowed down the development of relevant Human Capital measures but also limited the extent to which the organization can be aware of gaps/issues and develop measures to monitor successful execution of key initiatives both at Group and Business level. Dimensions: Managing resources experience is a bonus as the Regional data analyst will report to this role Scope of role: This role is responsible for translating business requirements across platforms for all countries in scope for a region. In addition, this role is also responsible for implementing the SAP HR functionality in the region in line with the project plan. This is a two year contract assignment for a high calibre, SAP HR Project Manager with system implementation experience and good experience on managing timelines and stakeholders. Key duties & responsibilities: An integral part of the Global HRMS project, this role is charged with reviewing all current HR systems in the region, shifting local legacy systems towards an agreed and integrated global platform. In addition, this role will be the interface between regional HR business and IT/global program team, working with business stakeholders in the region to understand their needs and enable the successful execution of global HRMS solution to support the region and platforms. • Maintain project plans and ensure that project deliverables in each phase as achieved as per budget and timeline. • Provide regional input into the global SAP HR functionality requirements. Develop Business requirements. • Ensure all the phases of the global SAP HR track are executed on time and in full in the regions and cross platform. • Regional stakeholder engagement and management. • Support the rollout of testing and training across the different Client platforms and countries in the region. • Development and management of regional communication plan aligned to overall HR communication plan. • Reporting on project progress and benefits realized as per plan for the region. • Following agreed governance, change management and benefits realization approach. Experience: • Experience as a Project Lead/ Project Manager in implementing end to end SAP HR Systems in the NA region. • Strong SAP HCM/HR and gathering business requirement experience. • Experience as an SAP HCM functional resource, preferably from a vendor/consulting background. • Strong generalist HR experience and functional knowledge. • Ability to interact with users, document business requirements and train users. • Strong change management experience. • Strong experience with users and document business requirements. • Stake holder management experience. Personal attributes: • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal. • Good influencing and relationship building skills. • An ability to balance complex requirements with a hands on role in implementation and delivery as required to plan. • A high level of self confidence to interact and communicate across a variety of levels in the business. • Strong execution focus. • Results oriented. • Ability to operate independently. • Ability to understand and translate business requirements and HR processes. • Practical, hands on person. Qualifications: • Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or IT. • Certification in SAP HCM and Project Management would be a bonus.
