A Data Warehouse Architect is required for an initial 3 month contract based in Guildford, for a large client in the financial services industry. A candidate is required to complete assessment of the Current BI, Data Management and Data Architecture, devise strategy and develop target BI Architecture to improve it, developing blueprints and roadmaps of work package implementation, and creating project Deliverables & Documentation Candidates require: * Solid Understanding of Best Practice Principles of BI and DW Architecture * Good experience of RDBMS DW Solution Architecture Design * Good experience of RDBMS DW Design * Solid Knowledge and experience of Principles of Data Architecture design * Experience of Customer-centric Data Modelling * Good Interpersonal skills * Good Documentation skills * Proactive, Flexible Team attitude and ability * Experience and knowledge of Structured methodology such as TOGAF * 10+ years directly relevant experience * More than 3 projects of similar experience Experience in any of the following is desirable but not essential: * Consulting Background * Insurance Industry Experience * Oracle RDBMS * SAS BI and tools etc * Cognos * Degree Qualification * TOGAF certification or equivalent * Deep SAS Knowledge Please send your CV in the first instance Thomas Deaville Experis 01619243663
