Senior Customer Marketing Manager West London A leading Telecoms company based in West London is looking to recruit a Senior Customer Marketing Manager on a contract basis. The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will sit under the Head of Customer Marketing, managing a team of 5, and will be responsible for strategy and delivering against key business metrics for Up Sell, Cross-Sell, proposition awareness, ARPU, Customer Satisfaction and churn for their existing customer across products/brands. As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager you will be accountable for planning and managing the end-to-end customer contact strategies, to 'keep & grow' customers. This will include: *Working cross functionally with CLM, Upsell and Retention teams to develop the right contact strategies (message, proposition, tone of voice, frequency, channel). *Developing and executing all of the customer marketing against these strategies (including DM, email, inserts, bill marketing etc). *Working with the other channels to ensure consistency of customer experience (online, billing, My Account, CS&B, retention, upsell etc). *Asking for key customer insights / campaign analysis to drive campaign effectiveness. It is important to the client that you can lead, inspire, and support team members. You should act as the 'voice of the customer' across the business, working closely with CRM, upsell & retention, online, customer services, customer experience and IT.
