position 2 Web Front End Developer Location:- Orlando, FL Duration:- 4 months + Pay rate: up to $65/hr **Experience with any release of Sharepoint is sufficient** The web programmer will work closely with the Business Analysis team to maintain and enhance existing proprietary systems built within the SharePoint MOSS 2007 framework in HTML5, Flash ActionScript  3, and JavaScript.  This individual will need expert analytical skills to understand, troubleshoot, and maintain an existing system, and he or she will also be tasked with enhancing  the system, based on approved business requirements. SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job. Must be able to fluently speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Must be able to fluently read and write to facilitate the communication process. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Requires excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Self motivated with ability to work under pressure in a deadline oriented environment. Ability to clearly and concisely document and diagram projects Excellent time management and prioritization skills Self-starter, requires minimal supervision Ability to translate conceptual idea to a project plan to implementation Expert knowledge of HTML5, Adobe Flash, ActionScript 3, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, XML, web services, SQL, Ajax and MVC design patterns. Experience with SharePoint 2007 and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Competency in the following is a plus: InfoPath, .Net, MicroStrategy, Visual Basic for Applications, Excel Macros Good working knowledge of finance and accounting Other: Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position.
