Participate in architectural decisions, technical design and implementation of application systems. Work with architects, analysts, development team, and testing to implement enhancements or new applications. Ensures coding, unit and/or system testing, and documents changes are aligned with the desired results. Direct the work of application designers, developers and QA teams. Ensure project delivery timelines, quality, cost and architectural alignment. Basic Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree . - 8 Years experience in Application Design & Development using ETL, SQL, and Unix Scripting, developing & designing Data warehousing applications. - 2 year experience as a technical lead . - 2 year experience using Ab Initio . - Strong communication skills Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with the Teradata and/or DB2 database platforms and MVS/Cobol - Experience with the Agile delivery methodology. - Work delegation experience - Experience in global delivery methodology - Experience in designing and/or architecting complex data warehouse applications
