Client Location: North Canton, OH Specific Job Responsibilities: The Collections Specialist position is responsible for collecting on debt owed to our clients (physicians / ER doctors across the country) for services already rendered. This is not a telemarketing position and is not covered under the National Do Not Call Registry. You will be calling to collect on the debt and negotiate a payment plan or installments. Calls come in via an auto dialer. Basic computer skills needed. Collections, telemarketing or inside/outside sales experience STRONGLY preferred along with a stable job history. Pay: $10.00 - $12.00/hr Hours: * 3 weekdays 8:00am-4:30pm and 2 weekdays 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (WILL BE SET BY CLIENT) * 1 or 2 mandatory Saturday 8am-4:30pm shifts per month for the employee to work (however, when this occurs the employee will have the preceding Friday off work).
